I visited the place I’ve always wanted to go. That is Fuji Shiba-zakura（Shiba-sakura ）Festival! It is held once a year during the blossom season near Lake Motosu. There are about 800,000 of colorful shiba-zakura（moss phlox）in the park, begin to bloom from late April on through Mid- May. Not only Shiba zakura, you can also see beautiful Mt. Fuji from here.
It was amazing! But I highly reccomend to go there in early time because we got there 7 am, there had been many people already. Although the official site said this festival open at 8am, it opened 6 am in that day. It was a nice place to stroll and take lots of great photos!
何年か前から行ってみたと思っていた富士芝桜まつり。富士五湖の一つである本栖湖の近くで開催されております。80万株もの芝桜が咲き誇り、美しい富士山まで見られます。驚いたのが公式サイトには朝８時からと書いてあったのに、私たちが行った日は６時から開いていたとか。早めに出て７時に到着したのにもう開いていて人が既にたくさんいて驚きました（笑）帰るときは入るのに10km以上も車が渋滞していたので、本当に早い時間行くことをオススメします。朝7時頃は人が多いといっても十分ゆっくり歩けて景色を楽しめました。思っていた通り美しくて良いところでした。
