I love Japanese cuisine especially Tempura! It is little difficult to cook delicious Tempura at home so I like to eat tempura at restaurants😉 In Shinjuku(Tokyo) We found famous and long-established tempura restaurant, so we went to there last week. The restaurant name is “Funabashiya”. It was not cheap but not so expensive. We sat counter seat and enjoyed watching the chefs prepare the food in front of us. The type of tempura restaurants are not so many, thus even for me as a Japanese, we enjoyed that🙂 Sitting at counter seat means not only enjoy watching chefs but also eat freshly-fried tempura! The tempura was so delicious. I want to go to Funabashiya again😉

日本料理の中でも特にてんぷらは好き♪てんぷらは家で作ったこともありますが、どうもおいしくできないので・・やっぱり外で食べるのが好き（笑）新宿に老舗のてんぷらやさんがあると知り、さっそく先週行ってきました。そのお店は「船橋屋」。ビックロの裏にありました^^目の前でてんぷらを揚げてくれるタイプのお店はなかなか行かないので、見ているのも楽しかったし、やっぱり熱々のてんぷらを頂けるのは最高でした。またいつか行きたいです♡
